Who is responsible for your data?
STUDIOPACK, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with a share capital of €7,500, registered office: 6 chemin du Trouillat, 69130 Écully, France, SIREN 441 501 954 (Lyon Trade and Companies Register). For any question about your data: design@studiopack.fr.
What data do we collect?
The studiopack.fr website has no online shop and no customer accounts. Two types of data may be collected:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Audience measurement (only if you accept it): browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location) collected by Google Analytics.
Why, and on what legal basis?
- To respond to your request and, where appropriate, prepare a quote or a project with you: legal basis, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- To measure website traffic in order to improve the site: legal basis, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your data is never sold or transferred, and is not used for marketing without your consent.
How long do we keep it?
- Contact form messages: for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange.
- Audience measurement data: no more than 14 months.
Who has access to it?
Only STUDIOPACK has access to messages sent through the form. The website is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). Audience measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); it may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies. No Google Analytics cookie is set without your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings button on the website.
- tarteaucitron: stores your cookie choices (technical cookie, exempt from consent).
- pll_language: stores the language you chose, French or English (technical cookie, exempt from consent).
- _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics, audience measurement (subject to your consent, maximum duration 13 months).

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to design@studiopack.fr.
